Lift Your Spirits

Dena Marie, as described by one of her clients, is “a personal trainer for your spirit.” With a background in fitness for 14 years, she helped her clients with personal issues such as weight gain, self esteem and motivation. Today she lifts her clients’ spirits (energy) with Reiki (hands on healing), guided imagery and chakra tune ups. While maintaining a lighthearted approach, she teaches others how to break through their energetic blocks and frustrations. Years ago, I began playing a game with my children with crystals I loved to collect. They called it the "rock game". Over the years, it continued to evolve... along with the four of us. We now call the "rock game" Crystal Readings. The book "Our Energy Matters" is a manual on the how to's of doing your own readings. As the game evolved, so has the book, and it seems to be headed back to being a game you will play with kids (young and old).
