My goal is to teach others to empower themselves and to participate in their own healing. Prevention of disease, rather than treatment, is the most effective step we can take toward a healthy spiritual lifestyle. If during a reading you could see energetically what was manifesting in your body (blocked energy) as a dis-ease, would you take the extra step to heal yourself? Teaching others to take that step is my vision, encouraging them to invest their time and resources on themselves. Simple things like vacations, extra time with loved ones, and doing the creative things they love and are passionate about will lead them to wholeness. Taking the time to heal yourself only touches all the people you surround yourself with and the rest of the world on a collective unconscious level. It could be called the trickle down theory but someone else has already used that!

Every journey begins with a single step.

With true self reflection you can make the necessary changes and find yourself. With elevated thoughts you can change your world. The only thing you must decide is if you are committed to change. To use a quote from the German philosopher Goethe:

I deserve to dream

I deserve to be playful and trivial

I deserve to feel what I feel

I deserve to be honest in all my affairs

I deserve to be equal to any and all emotions

that flow through me and to me

I deserve to rest when I am tired

I deserve to feel comfortable as I stand before others

I deserve to show the world my inner most self

I deserve to touch and be touched

To nurture and be nurtured

I deserve to create my day as I desire

I deserve to be free of all debt

I deserve wealth in all of its manifestations

I deserve success in whatever I pursue

I deserve to joyfully embrace life

And joyfully embrace death

I deserve peace of mind and happiness

I deserve love and sexual fulfillment

I deserve great friends and much laughter

I deserve to live in a world at peace with itself

I deserve in a world brimming

With love and compassion

I deserve to know I can change the world

I deserve all of this and more

Not because I have something

Or have achieved something

But simply because I am

I deserve to embrace the truth
and live it through my days

The truth that I am all things

The infinite awareness

And to know whatever happens to me

It is I who create the now

...knowing what I truly am

I am free to create the future of my dreams

And live it equally in the present...with wise energy.
