Lift Your Spirits with Dena Marie!

As a personal trainer for more than fourteen years, I motivated and helped others tackle issues such as weight gain and low self-esteem through the medium of physical exercise. From that experience I learned that these issues, and many others, arose not from inadequate physical conditioning, but unhealthy mental and emotional states.  This motivated me to move from simply training the physical body to also nurturing a healthy mind and spirit.

Today I teach classes and workshops that enable people to help themselves mind, body and spirit. As in personal training, every client’s therapy is unique, tailored to their needs and perceptions of their own inner world.  I use this philosophy, combined with an intuitive approach to support my clients on their individual journey. I have a diverse range of counseling techniques; which include Chakra Tune-ups, Light Touch Reiki Treatments and Feng Shui Consultations (energy clearing for your home). As I keep evolving and growing, my goal is to empower others to do the same. I don't heal you, I give you the tools to heal yourself.
